Terms of Use

terms of use

What this is, and what it is not.

Last updated 24 August 2026. These terms cover quietlyfree.org, quietlybound.com, quietlyfolded.com, and peterkorinek.com.

Using these sites, or buying anything on them, means these terms apply between you and us. They are written plainly on purpose. Nothing here takes away a right your own country's consumer law gives you.

1. Who you are dealing with

These sites are operated by Quietly Free Ministry, a nonprofit organization formed in the United States, at 8850 NW 13th Terrace, Unit 105, Doral, Florida 33172, United States, writing and teaching under the names Quietly Free, Quietly Bound, and Quietly Folded. One person operates all of it. Written questions go to [email protected].

Quietly Free Ministry is a religious organization that relies on section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code, which excuses churches and their integrated auxiliaries from applying to the Internal Revenue Service for recognition of exempt status. There is therefore no determination letter, and the ministry does not appear in the Internal Revenue Service's Tax Exempt Organization Search.

Some pages here speak of giving rather than of buying, because that is how this ministry understands what happens between us. For tax purposes the distinction is simpler than the language. What you pay for a book, a course, or a cohort seat is the price of that thing. It is not a charitable contribution and is not deductible, because you received what you paid for. If you ever give something beyond a purchase, whether it is deductible is a question for your own tax adviser, and we make no representation about it.

2. What is offered here

Books, written courses that you walk at your own pace, and occasional live cohorts that meet online for a stated number of weeks. Some things are free, including the assessments and the letters. Prices for the rest are shown plainly on the page where you buy.

3. What this is not

This is writing and teaching. It is not therapy, counselling, medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Nothing on these sites establishes a clinical or professional relationship, and no page here can know your situation.

If you are in danger, or in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country. If you are carrying something heavy, a qualified professional is an ordinary and good thing to reach for, and we will say so rather than keep you here.

No outcome is promised. Nothing here promises healing, restored relationships, recovered years, a particular spiritual experience, a change in another person, or any financial result.

4. Buying, prices, and delivery

  • Prices are in United States dollars and are shown on the page. Any tax that applies is added at checkout where the law requires it.
  • Payment is taken by our payment processor. We never see your card number.
  • Everything sold here is digital and is delivered immediately or within a short time by email. Course access is granted to the person who bought it.
  • Keep the delivery email. If something does not arrive, write to us and we will send it again.
  • Because delivery is immediate, and where the law allows you to agree to this, you agree that delivery begins as soon as you buy. Your refund rights below are more generous than the law requires in most places, so nothing is lost by that.

5. Refunds

Guided paths at $77 and the full set at $197

Walk the first movement. If it is not what you hoped for, write to me within thirty days and it is refunded. No form, no explaining yourself.

Books and audiobooks bought here

If the book is not what you hoped for, write to me within thirty days and it is refunded. Keep the file. Sending it back is not possible and returning it is not asked. The same holds for the audiobook, including when it was added to a book order.

Everything else

Where a page states its own refund terms, those terms govern that purchase. Refunds are returned to the card that paid.

6. Live cohorts

A cohort has a real start date, a real number of seats, and a fixed number of sessions, all stated on its page before you buy. Seats are limited because the room is small, not as a selling device.

A seat is refunded in full any time before the first session begins. Once the cohort has met, the seat is held for you and is not refunded, because a room of this size cannot resell it partway through. If you cannot continue after that, write to me and your seat moves to the next cohort instead.

If a cohort does not fill, it may run smaller than planned, or it may be postponed to another season. If it is postponed, you choose between a seat in the next one and a full refund.

7. What you may do with the material

Books, course pages, worksheets, recordings, and letters remain the author's work and are protected by copyright. What you buy is a personal, non-transferable licence to read it, print it for yourself, and use it in your own life for as long as it is available.

You may quote a short passage with attribution, the way anyone quotes a book. You may not share your login, republish the material, sell it, hand out copies, post it publicly, or use it to train a machine learning model or to build a derivative product. If you want to use something in your own teaching, write and ask. The answer is often yes.

8. Your own words and work

Anything you write into a worksheet field on a course page stays in your own browser. It is not sent to us and we do not have it.

What you write to us in an email is yours. We will not publish it, quote it publicly, or use it in marketing without asking you first and getting a yes.

9. Conduct in shared spaces

Cohorts and any shared space run on two rules. What is said in the room stays in the room. And no one is required to disclose anything they would rather keep.

Access may be ended, without refund, for behaviour that puts another person at risk: harassment, threats, repeated breaches of another person's confidence, or attempts to recruit the room to something else. This has never been needed and the rule exists so it does not have to be improvised.

10. Books bought elsewhere

Books bought on Amazon or through another retailer are sold by that retailer under its own terms, and its refund policy applies rather than this one.

11. Availability and changes

These are small sites run by one person. They may be unavailable at times, and material may be revised or retired. If something you bought is retired, you will be given a way to keep or download what you paid for. Prices may change, and a change never applies to something you have already bought.

These terms may be updated. The date at the top changes when they do, and anything that affects an existing purchase will be told to you rather than quietly amended.

12. Liability

The material is offered as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, and except where a loss cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you for anything connected with these sites or anything bought on them is limited to the amount you paid for the thing in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Decisions about your own life, your relationships, your faith, your health, and your money remain yours. This is written to give you language and questions, not instructions.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, and disputes may be brought in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country, and you may also have the right to bring proceedings there.

Before anything formal, please write. Most things are solved in one honest email.
